REGISTRATION TERMS & FINE PRINT

• Ages 7 and up only. All ages are determined as of January 1, 2025. For example: Ages for July/August 2025 events will be as of January 1, 2025.
• Space is LIMITED. Due to capacity restrictions this event will sell out. Please register ASAP to guarantee a spot.
• Tuition for the Giordano Dance Chicago Intensive includes tuition for the Crash Course + 1 ticket for the Showcase performance. However, Crash Course Only tuition will not include access to the Intensive.
• Dancers participating in the Intensive will have the opportunity to perform in a showcase performance hosted on Saturday, August 2nd. Time is TBD. It will also include performances from the Giordano Dance Chicago Company Members.
• The Showcase performance is a ticketed event. Tickets may be purchased via your Dance360 account while registering for the event OR on-site from the Merchandise Store. Tickets are a flat rate of $57 and are subject to selling out.
• Participants in Crash Course Only and friends/family of participants in the Intensive are welcome to purchase tickets. There is a limit of 5 tickets per registered dancer. This is a CLOSED event.
• Observer Badges for Intensive + Crash Course are $85 and Observer Badges for Crash Course Only are $65. Both are available in Dance360 and on-site as long as space permits.
• There is no reserving seats at any time. If a chair is physically unoccupied by an Observer, this chair is recognized as “open”. We (and other paying Observers) reserve the right to move bags off of unoccupied seats in order to make room for paying Observers. DancerPalooza reserves the right to revoke Observer privileges.
• One-day Observer badges are not available. Observer badges are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
• Scholarships cannot be combined. Only one DancerPalooza scholarship can be applied towards any individual dancer's tuition. Please refer to the terms of your specific scholarship before redeeming.
• Photography and Video recording from any media devices (i.e. digital cameras, cell phones, SLR's, Flip, etc.) is strictly prohibited during classes. This is to enforce the children's safety and privacy, as well as protecting the work of choreographers and artists.
• All registrations must be completed via Dance360, no exceptions. DancerPalooza does not accept cash, personal checks OR studio checks at any time. This is a cashless event. All fees are in USD.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of submission to secure your registration.
• If the event is cancelled by DanceOne for any reason, refunds will be made within 10 days of the event. No refunds if the attendee cancels. If you are unable to attend, we will issue a credit voucher valid towards DancerPalooza 2026 registration.
• The host hotel, facilities and DancerPalooza are not responsible for any lost personal items or injuries.
• All dancers registered for the workshop must complete and sign a DanceOne waiver in order to participate. All waivers must be signed digitally from your dance360.com account.
